Absolutely! We welcome beginners, hobbyists and metal artists alike! No experience needed!
Close-toed shoes are mandatory (you will be turned away if you do not have proper footwear). Work boots are preferred, if you have them please wear them.
A long sleeve top and pants made out of 100% natural fibres (cotton, wool, hemp etc.) is required.
Watches, rings and necklaces should be removed. Small earrings are okay.
Contact lenses must be removed (we have safety glasses that fit over most eye glasses).
False eyelashes must not be worn (you will be asked to remove them).
Long hair must be tied back and it is recommended to wear a bandana or welding cap (also made of 100% natural fibres).
If you have any concerns about the dress code for whatever reason, please reach out as we may be able to accommodate your needs.
Our workshops are held just outside of Lakefield, ON (north of Peterborough). More information regarding our location and how to get there will be provided after the workshop time slot is secured.
We accept e-transfer, cash, debit and visa. Payment is made at the workshop.
We pride ourselves on small class sizes, most workshops are a 1:2, instructor to participant ratio, this allows us to give each participant individualized instruction. If you have a group of friends that you would like to bring along please contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.
